SHIPPING & DELIVERY
*Due to COVID-19, temporary changes have been made to our shipping and delivery policy. To help ensure the safety of customers and delivery teams, all OUT-OF-PROVINCE & USA home deliveries are contactless and will be delivered to the doorstep. Under no circumstance can the order be brought into your home by the delivery personnel.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, you may still place an order to receive when the product comes in stock. Durations will be communicated to you by our sales representatives.
Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Canada and USA only.
Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed.
Delivery times are estimates, and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [10] business days of the date of your order.Business days mean – Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on WEEKENDS.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
Delivery Instructions
Lulu & Marjaan Imports Inc. do not insure the transit/delivery of your product. However, insurance can be purchased at very low rates for the total cost of the item through the freight company used. Please ask for details at time of order if this is something that you will require.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight and size of your order and the delivery method.

Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at 1-647-544-6677 and provide all images of the damage, so that we can assess and advise.
